According to reports, Judge Torres has granted attorney Alex Spiro’s request to submit a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against #JayZ, which alleges the rapper’s involvement with a 13-year-old girl in 2000. This decision came despite opposition from the plaintiff’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee. The motion is scheduled to be filed by February 6, 2025
